Returns & Refunds
To be eligible to return, your item must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase & be in unused condition.
We recommend returning all parcels via a traceable method to ensure they arrive within the time frame & your preferred outcome can be actioned.
Fully priced purchases: We are happy to refund on any full-priced item purchased on line. If you have any questions regarding your return, feel free to contact us.
In the case of faulty goods, we can either send out a brand new item as a replacement or offer a full refund. We try our best to ensure all our products are of the highest quality, but on the rare occasion that something does go wrong, we’ll do our best to rectify the problem.
Once we receive your return back we will examine the returned goods and process the refund or exchange. In the case of faulty or defective items, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used to place the order.
