Your order will be delivered using the PTP (Pass The Parcel) online service using Post Haste Couriers.

When your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $79.
For Urban orders $79 or under, our delivery is  a flat rate nationwide of $7.00
For Rural orders $79 or under, our delivery is a flat rate nationwide of $10.00

Once your street address is entered, shipping costs are calculated at check out.

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change due to unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond DappaPaws control. The delivery time to your destination will also vary according to your location. You can use your tracking number as a reference to check the status of your delivery.

Please ensure that your service address is correct & up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information & your delivery is sent to the wrong address. You will need to advise us asap prior to us sending your order, if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. However, once your order is shipped unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do.

Great care is taken to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, free from defect. All our items are carefully packed & posted in secure packaging for maximum protection. In the unlikely event that your order becomes lost or damaged during transit, you will need to contact Post Haste direct.
